Is the ccj against your company or yourself?
Did you file a defence to their claim?

An initial claim of £16k sounds far too much.
Unless you put on excessive mileage on the car, or returned it damaged beyond fair wear and tear, it should not have depreciated £16k in the time you owned it
Even if it was sold at auction for £23k, the fc have received £40k plus your repayments for the car

The CCJ is on the company and not on my personal. I didn't challenge it because I didn't have any funds to do it. I didn't know that they are going to change the properties. The car was in excellent condition. I only kept it for 4-5 months.

So the £16k probably includes their legal costs and court fees.

Statutory interest is 8% pa. At that interest rate £16k would increase to £21k in 4 years

I want someone to negotiate it for me and maybe bring the balance to 40-50% and I can pay it in one go.

Sha2010 - you have said that a CCJ has been obtained against the company. You have said that you are being pressed to pay personally, but do not say why or how.

Is there any chance of you explaining what is actually going on? I am going to number the following questions, in the hope that this will help you to give clear answers to them all.

                      1. Have you received demands that you yourself pay?

                      2. If so, on what grounds?

                      3. Has any further action been taken?

                      4. If so what?

                      5. What is the present position?

I am sorry, but you seem to be throwing out random posts that do not go anywhere near identifying the actual situation.

CCJ was obtained back in 2020.
I would like to clear the loan because it's going up every day.
                        1) I received a demand from FC back in May and they want the account to be clear or they might sell one of my properties. 2. I haven't taken any actions and that's why I am here on this platform to find someone with experience. I had a solicitor on this back in June but they were charging me hourly and didn't do any work. I end up losing £1.5K with them.
I can pay £1Ok but £22K is very hard for me.
I have tried to negotiate with the FC company but they are not willing to reduce a penny.

You really do not make it easy!

From that random selection of documents I have been able to get some of the story that you have been unable to tell. Do you understand that judgement has been given against you and that a charging order has been made over your interest in your property?

The most recent document that you have uploaded is dated January 2023.

                                What advice do you want?
