  • Voluntary Termination Startline

    Hi,

I have a HP with Startline and am looking to do a Voluntary Termination. I have around £200 to pay before I get to the 50% limit. I'm just wondering if this goes against me on my credit file or if it's in my rights for me to hand the car back?

The car is in good condition with no major damage, it's low mileage and it has just gone through its MOT, I haven't had it serviced though

Has anyone ever had any experience with doing a VT and Startline?

    Thank you

I don't have any personal experience of Startline
Google reviews are mixed. The really bad reviews are from customers that have experienced problems with their cars
Once you have paid back 50% of the loan (including interest) you are legally entitled to voluntarily terminate the HP agreement
Hopefully you won't experience the same poor customer service that borrowers had when their cars developed faults

        PS
MSE is a great forum. That's where I get all my answers from
