Mortimer Clarke Requesting Income and expenditure

Mortimer Clarke solicitors sent me a debt letter for an old credit card. I have made an offer of payment and they are requesting me to complete an income and expenditure form.

Do I have to complete one? I have owned up to the debt by offering a monthly payment

Not sent them anything. I acknowledged the debt via their website to setup a monthly payment plan.

When was the account opened?

Yes quote the FCA, that should make them back off.

The account was opened 2018 originally and default was 2019. Thanks I will drop them ab email back.

Ok just to update. I received a letter back from Mortimer Clarke solicitors attached to an email accepting my monthly payment offer!
