    Cancellation policy

    Hi, I don’t know whether this is the correct forum, please advise.

    I have paid £100 deposit for a vacation. I decided to cancel with 30 days to go. They told me I have to pay full amount as it’s outside 42 days as per cancellation policy.

    What rights do I have in this situation. Many thanks in afvance

        What is the reason you are cancelling? Is it something covered by any travel insurance policy you have?

          How did you pay? Credit Card / Debit Card

          It might be in their Terms and Conditions, look at Cancellations, even if it's in their T's and C's those Terms and Conditions might be 'unfair'.
