    Thanks for the help with this. I sent the mail, with some other details, but i used the debt template as inspiration for the formatting. I made them an offer to pay a certain amount to settle.
    I have had a response from them to say that they will no longer pursue this debt in any form and have not even requested i pay the money that I offered, which is great. I suppose they have had enough profit from payments so far from me, considering they buy the debt for pennies. Looks like this chapter of my life is completely closed, and thanks to the help of you amazing people on this forum, i succeeded in battling overdales in court, successfully had my CCJ removed, and this debt cancelled. Thanks again all. And i hope whoever reads this thread in the months and years to come can take heart from this and proof that you can win and overcome.
