Hi, just a quick one. Been getting a lot of calls from different numbers I believe to be opos LTD. There’s only one thing they’re after.
A long time ago I had a debt which was passed to Cabot. They harassed me for years but had no contact for 6 towards the end.
I sent a letter regarding the harassment and received an acknowledgement and confirmation that the debt was statute barred and the file was closed.
I still have a copy of the letter from Cabot.
5 years on I’m now being chased by these lot. Where do I stand? I’m tempted to send a copy of the letter to them but know from experience it’s better not speak to these people.
any advice is appreciated.
