I have a CCJ registered against me from a eBay seller. They keep calling me like 10 times a day. Is this a Civil matter or cam I report them to the police. The debt has been registered and no application to set aside. Can they call me ? 10 times a day? Nothing threatening or abusive I just don't answer the calls PLEASE HELP

Are you unable to come to an arrangement to pay off this judgement debt? I imagine that if an arrangement is put in place the judgement creditor might leave you in peace.
