I have a CCJ registered against me from a eBay seller. They keep calling me like 10 times a day. Is this a Civil matter or cam I report them to the police. The debt has been registered and no application to set aside. Can they call me ? 10 times a day? Nothing threatening or abusive I just don't answer the calls PLEASE HELP

Are you unable to come to an arrangement to pay off this judgement debt? I imagine that if an arrangement is put in place the judgement creditor might leave you in peace.

Lawyer (solicitor) - retired from practice, now supervising solicitor in a university law clinic. I do not advise by private message.

Litigants in Person should download and read the Judiciary's handbook for litigants in person: https://www.judiciary.uk/wp-content/..._in_Person.pdf

Absolutely. Well said Atticus. Offer an amount you can afford and pay off the CCJ - once you are paying they will leave you alone.
