Hi, I hope you can help. I have recently been contacted by letter and Email by Bank Smart. A company that was hounding me many years ago and then went away. I have 4 invoices for commission (£417.51), for PPI not received, and interest (£286.75), court fees (£70) and legal admin fee (£180) and I do not know what to do, last time this happened Bailiffs were at my door. They cannot be contacted by phone and simply ignore any communication last time this happened a long time ago and now they are back please help

Before I can help I need to understand more so please let me know:

1 You say the commission invoices are for PPI you didn't receive. Can you expand on that?

2 If you had a visit from bailiffs it sounds like you have had a county court judgment for the 'debt' against you. Have you?

3 It would be helpful if you could give me a brief but concise history of your dealings with Bank Smart.
