Hello everyone
I'm enquiring about extra payments added onto a debt when they are passed to a debt collection agency.
One of those is for a bill with SSE that was outstanding then a charge of £20 was added onto the bill after it was passed to a debt collection agency.
The other one is a cancelled car insurance policy. There is also £20 added to this after it was passed onto a debt collection agency.
I'm just wondering if there is any way to dispute these charges.
