Hello,
I'm in a bit of a situation that I'm trying to fix.
Last month I noticed a CCJ on my credit report.
I enquired with the court and it turns out it's a very old parking fine (from HIGHVIEW PARKING LIMITED) that I have totally forgotten about.
The issue with all that is that I'm away from the UK this year and probably next and I had no idea I've been taken to court, let alone issues a CCJ.
How can I fix that?
I know I can apply for a set aside order, but how can I do that when I'm physically away?
We have a little one and travel is out of the question, but I don't want to ruin my otherwise perfect credit record.
