CCJ for possible statute barred debt

Hi all,

I have just received a claim form from county court business centre. The debt that is being claimed for I think is possibly 6+ years, as I’ve not had contact with them at all I’m not sure how to go about finding this out or how to respond to the letter. Any advice would be greatly appreciated, I have paper coming out of my ears and not a single clue how to respond *♂️.
