This is my first post so please go easy on me.
I regularly check my credit score as I had a bad time after my divorce and basically lost all credit. These debts were listed on my credit report but just a couple months ago, they all vanished from my report and my credit score shot up. Fast forward to yesterday, a letter came through the door of my old address, I checked the PO Box number and I believe it's Lowell connected, also receiving an email from a company claiming to be trying to collect the lowell debt. One, I was led to believe Lowell went out of business, and two, can that debt appear back on my credit score? What should I do?
Thanks in advance
