Anyway, they also sent me some transactions stating I made £1 payment in July 2016 I don't remember doing it ,but how do I prove it???
They want me to pay lump of sum (£200 less than the debt amount) or full amount in monthly payments...
What should I choose? Should I negotiate the amount? I have two kids and not earning much...also the PPi claim I made...does this count? Bank gave me noney back, saying it was an mistake....ohhhhh I dont know...please advise something!!!!
        a) Hello, so I think I have lost this case.

        You don't know this.

        b) I have just received the email from Lowell's solicitors.

Yes they might of found it, but does it have all the prescribed details on it? will they provide all the other documents to go with it?
        c) Anyway, they also sent me some transactions stating I made £1 payment in July 2016 I don't remember doing it ,but how do I prove it???

Send your bank a SAR, they will provide all the data they have, a minimum of 6 years. Make sure you get Proof of Postage.

        d) They want me to pay lump of sum (£200 less than the debt amount) or full amount in monthly payments...

Do nothing, you still have mediation, also they haven't sent any documents.

e)What should I choose? Should I negotiate the amount? I have two kids and not earning much...also the PPi claim I made...does this count? Bank gave me noney back, saying it was an mistake....ohhhhh I dont know...please advise something!!!!

This isn't a priority debt, you can fill in a income and expenditure form, a court will only ask you to pay what you can reasonably afford to pay, if that's £1, so be it.

Hello, so they sent me this...
credit agreement, a copy of a copy, not the original, so was going to ask them for the original but maybe what they sent is legally right???
Also the transactions...like that, nowhere the account visible only customer reference...3 pages of them(attached just 1)
They said they will use them as evidence in court.
Also directions questionnaire from Lowell and I didn't get one to fill in.
            Thank you

The £1 payment will be the CCA request fee.
"Although scalar fields are Lorentz scalars, they may transform nontrivially under other symmetries, such as flavour or isospin. For example, the pion is invariant under the restricted Lorentz group, but is an isospin triplet (meaning it transforms like a three component vector under the SU(2) isospin symmetry). Furthermore, it picks up a negative phase under parity inversion, so it transforms nontrivially under the full Lorentz group; such particles are called pseudoscalar rather than scalar. Most mesons are pseudoscalar particles." (finally explained to a captivated Celestine by Professor Brian Cox on Wednesday 27th June 2012 )

That is the 'original' - as in a photocopy, you don't get the actual original.

Oh ok ,I thought a copy of a copy wasn't right. As it has not been copied from original, it is hardly visible whats there...
Anyway, this chthiss everything, so now I have to negotiate with them...
Should I pay what they want? I really dont want ccj
Or bring up that I claimed PPI on this account, and it was paid in full by the bank(original creditor).
They also stated that if there will be no PPI my balance on this credit card would be £1000 not £3000, so I was thinking to bring it up and offer them £1000
What should I do?? Thank you for your help, this forum is amazing!

It is a tricky situation, I would not be distracted too much by the PPI, because essentially that was a different dispute...about the miss-selling of PPI; which you won. Ordinarily, where there is a debt outstanding the PPI refund gets credited to the account. If the account has been closed and sold, the bank has to refund the PPI to you directly.
Therefore, this dispute is only about whether the debt is enforceable or not. The photocopy must be legible and any variations to the T&Cs should have been included.

Can you read what they sent you?, without guessing what the words say. I can't read it, I'd be tempted to write back requesting a legible copy.
