  • Very dodgy loan inserted into a will

My siblings completed my Fathers Probate and apparently there is a large loan I owe. This is not true. I have asked for a copy of this loan and was promised one
but it has never materialised. Is there a legal process whereby I can demand and get a copy of the loan documents they say exist? If for instance I said I wanted to go bankrupt do they have to give me details of the loan? I have asked the accountant and lawyer too...no one will give me the paperwork

When was Probate completed and was your Sibling the only Executor of your fathers Will. Also, have you seen a copy of the Will?
