  • Final payment

Hi, my ex husband has a charging order on my property for £5.000 at 8% a year and its now 15 years. I am not well so am putting my house on the market. My maths are rubbish so I don't know what that total amount will work out at? Thank you so much in advance.

Sorry to hear of your ill health.

If the charging order is exactly 15 years old and there has been no interim payments made, £5,000 @8% pa statutory interest will mean the final balance is £14,049.22
