Do Jacob's Enforcement collect for student debt?

I have been getting a few letters from Jacobs enforcement about an outstanding debt I owe. I don't think I have any debts besides my student debt. Does anyone know if they collect for that or what else it might be?

Hi James, I've been directed to a site recently called moneynerd.co.uk that is pretty helpful with this kind of query. They have lots of artcles on specific debt collectors and bailiffs.

As far as I can tell, they are a bailiff who will very unlikely to be dealing in student debt - they focus more on corporate debt and council tax debt. But don't take my word for it - hopefully someone here will have some more information. You could maybe even get in touch with the people at moneynerd who may be able to give ytou a more direct answer.

Got a few litters from Jacobs enforcement. Saying they won't payment infill which we can't afford. I read one of your previous. Chats saying They can pass the det back to the council. I'm ringing up the council and I said they cannot do that.
