  • Threat of court

Hello, hope you can help me.
I was paying a debt to wescot many years ago. I lost my job as had to care for my parents. My mother died four years ago my dad died last April so still grieving. I'm getting letters from drydenfairfax now threatening me with court and bailiffs. I had forgotten about this debt and upon checking, my last payment was back in 2011. This company is new to me and totally out the blue. I'm very stressed out about this can someone please help me. Thank you

    Hi MIDNIGHT100

    Sorry for you loss.

If you haven't made payment since 2011 and haven't acknowledged the debt in writing over the last 6 years, and it is the correct debt, then the debt is statue barred.

Send the following template provided the above information is correct. Make sure you get Proof of Postage.
