  • PRA group dispute

I hired a car and returned it and after return they said I had damaged the car. I was with Barclays bank at the time and Although I gave them my debit card details and deposit I only had a basic bank accounts which should have meant I could not go overdrawn so I was surprised when they paid the rental £1200 which put me 1040 overdrawn. I dispute this with Barclays and changed bank. Since then barclays closed my account but it has now been passed on the Pra group and is listed on my credit file. Is there anything further I can do or am I now going to have to add it to my dmp?

    When did this happen?
You raised a dispute with Barclays what did they say?
Did they Barclays send a final response to your dispute?
    What has PRA sent you?
