  • Request for consumer credit agreement

    Hi

Dealing with PRA group a request was put in for info under CCA for agreement statement of account etc using template on national debtline, I have had a reply but none of the documents I asked for I just got a copyletter of assignment from both the NatWest who my debt was originally with and PRA saying that they had purchased it I also noted that the address the letters were sent to were incorrect is this letter enough for them to enforce the debt or do they still have to provide my signed CCA.

    Thanks

Hi it is credit card debt 2 NatWest and 1 MBNA They have only supplied the letter of assignment for 1 of the NatWest accounts nothing for the other 2 yet, the letter that they sent me a copy of had the incorrect address on it

I sent my request 3 weeks ago and this is all that has been supplied up till now the debt is more than 6 years old and has now disappeared of my credit file

well not complied then their problem, they could try to be clever (Not) and start proceedings but then No CCA no judgment can be made., also for info over 6 years of no contact etc statute barred in england/wales or 5 years scotland. so if no contact do not make any contact see what they do next>

What would be the situation if the debt buyer gained a CCJ without the original debtor never receiving a County Court Summons and without producing a CCA document.

apply set aside request - means case starts over again cost £255 or £100 if opposition agrees, unless on certain benefits then as not automatically given. , then they would need good reason

then it was up to the person failure to respond to N1 court procedures.
