Hello dear,
im Claudio, 31 from Italy.
guys, I really need a help because it’s the first time in my life I been in this type of situation and I’m totally alone.
pretically I went arrested for an ( unlawful ) things and I have the 1st august the hearing ( finally ).
I been a month in jail and after realised in bail condition. ( incredible )
in all of this, I got be quiet and study a lot about the system also for defend my self and ask for compensation for moral damages.
a month before the process I received this letter with an about of 5.600£ for legal aid.
nobody told me nothing about it.
im working for the council via agency and I earn 9.30£.
they want 900£ at month and I don’t want to pay anything because I supposed to never been in jail.
i feel like they trapped me in a sense.
I don’t want to pay, I cannot pay, and I been arrested for something I never done it.
can I do something for make the court or marston understand I cannot pay and also I don’t want to do any overload. I got be static. If someone was told me before that probably I suppose to call the Italian consulate and ask for free lawyer or find someone was giving me a free defence.
What can I do? The government can help me?
