have just discovered I had a CCJ from Cabot many years back, my partner was paying them, he has recently been unable to look after our bank account, I have recently been looking through all our files, and find that there was no Court summons sent to me, on making inquiries to Cabot they admit that neither they nor the Credit Card company have any trace of me applying for a Credit Card, and stated that they will stop taking payments whilst they try to locate my application. my question is as there is no document what action may I take to remove the CCJ.
