hi im newbie please to meet you all i need help with this company {CARS } they have have taken over the Debt off another company they keep phoning me texting me sending letters out now had letter today saying final notice they are a Legit Company as i checked them out has anyone heard of these if so after final notice do they do home visit any help would be very grateful

Hi! You're right creditlink are a legit company.

My advice before anything else would be to just get in contact with them - ignoring debt collectors can only escalate the situation.

Ask them for proof of debt or call your original company/creditor and then try to come to a solution with them (token payments, pay off debt etc).

If you do this then they are less likely to come to your home - there is lots of advice on the internet about how to handle them if they do visit.

(I'm in a similar situation and had the same questions - I found a couple websites that were really useful and provided letter templates which I used to offer token payments to debt collectors and asked my creditor to freeze my interest whilst I'm trying to earn a little more each month and sort out my budget).
