Hi, I had my Debt Relief Order granted a couple of days ago.
Part of the order is a Halifax loan debt, today I have found out my Bank of Scotland account is frozen as there is an insolvency marker against it??
Now my Bank account has no debt and is not included in my creditors, apart from my Halifax loan (same parent company).
Do they have the right to withhold the money in my account or is it just a generic procedure? It's Saturday so no one can advise me from the bank.
It is not savings it is my rent, shopping and bills money etc.
