Ccj set aside

Hi! I received a ccj in aug 2019 in regards to a debt I thought was being paid via step change but my ex partner had closed the account and hadn’t told me and i was presented with the court papers as still lives at the address. Long story short I recently received a letter from the company saying that they hadn’t done things correctly at there end and was wondering if these are grounds too go ahead and take it too court to have the ccj set as side? Any help would be appreciated!
