Can anyone help I basically have an old payday loan debt that is due to be statute barred in about a week so I received an alert from clear score to say it’s due to be removed which is great however at the same time I received an alert to say the same company have added a new one same account number ect. I 100% have not taken any debt out with them as it was a stupid pay day loan from a long time ago, I’m supposed to be sorting a mortgage in a few weeks and have been waiting for my credit file to recover and now this they have even marked it as a payday loan, how can they do this surely it’s fraud ??*

Ooh statued barred raise dispute with clear score asap to ensure doesn't affect credit score .Have you responded to the payday lender or try to recoup fees would set back the clock? Do not contact the payday lender as it will reset clock.Have clear score mark as dispute and job done

I think there is one more option available you can apply for refinancing loan, Once I also stuck in the same situation but I have three loans so I merge all through debt consolidation loan that was beneficial for me. Study it hope it will help you.**
Are you overburdened with debts? Can’t you handle too many debts at a single time? Research the debt consolidation organizations online.
