I see you have some experience of the company Bank Smart. Bank smart have said I've breached their contract. You have to keep signing their forms otherwise they threaten action. They have been perusing the same claims for approx 7 years and I cant get out of the contract. They have sent me a breach letter for £520 and passed this to a debt collector already who are threatening to damage my credit rating. I have no idea how I have breached the so called contract, there is no detail. It was for a ppi claim through santander who have said there is no claim. They had sent me a contract to sign with a third party solicitor whilst I was on holiday in August. I posted it back by the end of August. I have a photograph of the letter and there was no deadline. You cant ring them only request a call back. Of course they ring when I cant answer. Please advise if you can.
