Step son running up huge debts

Hello, I hope someone can offer some helpful advice. My wife's son lived at home with us until October 2018. When he left, there were piles of opened mail in his room from many companies he owed money to. I do not know where he now lives but there is still mail arriving here several times a week addressed to him. Bailiffs turned up in January this year looking for him and today, I have received, but not opened a letter addressed to him with a return address of RTNS02 PO Box 10244 Leicester. Googling this address shows it to be a debt recovery company. I am sick to death of receiving mail for him, and do not wish for bailiffs to make any further calls. How can I get rid of this ongoing problem? I have no way to contact the stepson, his mother assures me that he has told everyone where he now lives but this can't be the case due to the constant stream of mail that comes here for him. Thank you for any help.

If you know the address then return in another envelope to the return address and give the new address

Sorry, I misunderstood. I thought your wife knew the address. So return the envelopes "Not at this address"

I had received a number of letters from a sender at Return Address, RTNS02, PO Box 10244, Leicester, LE3 4FR. These were for the previous occupant of our house. The company is called www.ccscollect.co uk with a contact number of 02086654944. I contacted them, they were very pleasant and sorted the issue out. I provided this information as I couldn't find it anywhere with all my searches and hope it helps someone!
