    Hi I applied online for talk tata Internet and I got accepted then sent me a router and a connection date then refused me before I got connected but I now have a bill for £300 + I've not paid it because I didn't get connected. Now they keep chasing me for this bill I ddon' owe what can i do

    Sounds like standard talk talk ! What reason did they give for the £300? If you don't know then write and ask them for a detailed breakdown of the bill. Get a free certificate of posting from a post office when you send it first class royal mail

        Were you declined as per credit check or did you declined eh asked for deposit? The fact the order progressed to router being sent makes me think possible the order failed is delayed or if home move or line take over .. it is complex but it happens.Sorry you need to be clear did they decline and say could not offer you account and you have not been customer? Was an order delayed or failed due to order issues? Did you return their equipment is router etc minimum prerequisite but you should not pay return post.Please elaborate on what you mean by declined and a brief breakdown of what the bill says you are being charged for
