Instant Cash Loans Limited are authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority for credit related activities under registration number
681750 on the Financial Services Register.
Registered in England and Wales as Instant Cash Loans Ltd. Registered Address: 6 Bevis Marks, London, EC3A 7BA.
    Registered Number: 2685515. VAT Number: 290 9493 63.
    19 JULY 2019
PROPOSED SCHEME OF ARRANGEMENT IN RELATION TO INSTANT CASH LOANS
    LIMITED
The Scheme described in this document would affect your legal rights against Instant
Cash Loans Limited (trading as The Money Shop, Payday Express, Payday UK and
Ladder Loans), MEM Consumer Finance Limited, Payday Express Limited, Inventive
Finance Limited or Express Finance (Bromley) Limited.
1 We invite you to read it carefully
and, if required, to seek appropriate legal advice.
If you are consumer who has already complained about a loan made to you by ICL:
If you have accepted a settlement offer from ICL, or the Financial Ombudsman Service
has made a final decision in your favour or informed you that ICL has accepted the
opinion of one of its adjudicators, you are not affected by the Scheme and you will be
    contacted separately.
If ICL has made you a settlement offer and you accept this offer on or before 31 July 2019,
you will be paid that amount in full and not be affected by the Scheme.
    1. Instant Cash Loans Limited (ICL) is proposing a scheme of arrangement with its
creditors under Part 26 of the Companies Act 2006 (the Scheme). You are receiving this
letter because ICL believes that you are, or might be, one of its creditors and therefore
    affected by the Scheme.
    Background to the Scheme
    2. ICL, trading as The Money Shop, Payday Express, Payday UK and Ladder Loans,
provided consumers with a number of financial services products including high-cost
short-term credit, pawn broking, cheque cashing and ‘bought and sold gold’. Similar
services were provided by MEM Consumer Finance Limited, Payday Express Limited,
Inventive Finance Limited and Express Finance (Bromley) Limited (ICL Subsidiaries).
    3. In recent years and in common with the sector, ICL has experienced a significant
increase in the number of consumer complaints related to its lending activities. ICL has
also been addressing and paying consumer complaints relating to lending by ICL
Subsidiaries, certain of whose liabilities ICL assumed when it acquired them, because
these companies have no funds of their own apart from money owed to them by ICL.

1 These companies have also traded as Cash Til Payday, Pay Advance, Payday Control, Fast Forward
Loans, Payday Tomorrow, Payday Solutions, Wage Advance, Which Payday Loan, Payday Express,
Loan Solutions UK, Payday Finance, www.paydayloansblog.co.uk, Wages Today, Express, Payday 22,
Payday 29, Payday 36, Your Pay Today, Flexible Payday, Payday Manager, Money Bridge, Loan Lounge,
Payday UK, Month End Money, MEM Advisors, PDUK, Payday Now, KW and Co, Three Month Loan,

Loans, Kyzoo, Kyzoo Clear, Kyzoo Ultra, Kyzoo Classic, Kyzoo Flexi, Kyzoo Platinum, Kyzoo Vintage,
