I have been paying an agreed CCJ to a company (through their solicitors) for years now (almost a decade) , but they have just changed solicitors, and I had to fill in a new debit payment form, for the agreed amount, to them - I have received a letter back, saying they have accepted my offer of monthly instalments, but this will be looked at after one year, to see if it can be increased, and legal action may be taken. The amount I am paying, is what the court ordered me to pay - can the company's new solicitor increase that payment?

What they mean by "increased" is the monthly amount, not the debt. They can only enforce on the judgement amount unless they take further enforcement action and claim the costs back. For example cost of a warrant of control application.
I wouldn't worry about it. Stick to your payment plan and keep your previous income and expenditure and send the same in a year.
I would advise however if it becomes unaffordable tell them to amend the instalment amount and why.
hope this helps.
