    Debt Mabagers

    • Received 'we may consider taking legal action' letter
    ARC
    • Gym
    • Current balance £0 - possibly sold to someone else
    • Not paid since July 2018
    • Not on credit file

    Lantern
    • PDL
    • Receiving "we will now instruct our solicitors to commence recovery action", 7 days are now up.
    • Account has been assigned to one of their external partners.
    • Not paid since June 2018.
    • Not on credit report.

    Should I be sending a CCA request to each new DCA as they turn up?
    How likely are Lantern to take me to court or settle on a low figure?

    wescot are only commission agents acting for an owner, so just collection activities they hope?

      debrag - I've just seen your comment on my Lantern/Moriarty Law post.

      Who was the PDL in question? Was it quickquid?

      Do you have a copy of the agreement? Have they forwarded all documents you need?
