An old Crapbot account of mine has been handed to a solicitor who sent me a letter that contained nothing to link me to said account. These clowns attached a fin stat for me to fill out (!!) and a return letter. How nice of them!
I duly responded, asking them the usual. All that came back from them was a statement from Crapbot, showing last dates of payment several years ago. What has annoyed me, though, is their expectance of e reply within seven days, four of which have already passed. This random plucking of dates out of the air is laughable yet has annoyed me at the same time for the veiled threat that could be seen to lie behind it.
Time to spanner them with a CCA request.
