It's a specific question, but quite urgent as court papers are forthcoming. I last deferred my student loan in May 2013. I asked for it to be deferred in May 2014 but it was declined because I requested deferment by way of an unsigned letter and proof of earnings, rather than their deferment application form. Will the statute of Limitation clock start in 2013 or 2014?
