Just to clarify when level of interest and possible capitalisation charges raised in main FOS case they ignored but raised with Elderbridge without my knowledge dismissed as part of case or ignored but allowed Elderbridge to look into and raise case again why when part of original case .. then despite final ruling FOS raise third case Elderbridge out if time no response capitalisation .. so do I have to wait another four or five years FOS ignored it as part of main case anyone any ideas what is going on this is horrideous ?? Plus elderidge ignoring previous FSA and FOS rulings have started charging me on the zero arears on statements seriously what is going on how are Elderbridge getting such by balls ???????
