Hi, I'm new to this forum and am hoping someone can help. I received a letter from Lowell to say that I had a CCJ from 2014. I had no idea, I asked for a copy of it and also previous communication they had sent to me and to what address. They said they didn't have any of this to send. On the day the letter arrived I had just come out if hospital and feeling pretty rough. However I agreed to pay £50 a month to get rid of him off the phone. I have subsequently made 2 payments. I have researched a little and because I wasn't aware of any correspondence before this letter, I was not able to defend myself or make any payment plan without a CCJ. Hoping someone can help please. Thanks.
