Mortgage Express Crooks!

Hi
As anyone had trouble with Morgage Express?
I was sold a GMAC mortgage a few years ago by an agent.
It was sold as a buy to let
I now have a letter claiming that I have not applied for a Consent to Lease?
I think morgage Express are trying to fiddle me out of my house here
