  • Account in arrears letters

Hi was wondering if anyone remembers getting a string of arrear notices in 2012 or about a year after their 'plan' started. It's just I've been going though a box of old paperwork and came across a pile of them. Remember calling them and what their explanation was but want to know if others had the same thing. Something told me to keep them so copied and sent them those.
