Hi all.
MBNA put me on to Cabot as I defaulted with MBNA. I am still in the appeal stage with MBNA as I do not believe that they fully investigated why I couldn't keep up repayments. I had Cabot chasing me for a month or so but I didn't respond as I was busy dealing with MBNA and Cabot went and put a default on my credit record for not acknowledging them? I would have at least expected a missed payment but a default shocked me? I have since sent Cabot something that echat11 advised me of, below:
Send Cabot the following (they will no doubt pass it to MBNA), make sure you get Proof of Postage :-
