I am being harassed by a collection agency, Central Credit Services for a bill that is not mine. I have told collection agency repeatedly that the file is not mine but they continue to notify me that it is still my debt and is still on my credit report. The debt is for my alienated daughter-in-law and I have told them this as well but they tell me that I should file fraud charges on her, which I hesitate to do because she did not enter into this contract under my name but under hers, using me as a contact/personal reference and since the agency has not been able to get a response from the original creditor, has put my name on the account and now declare I am responsible for the debt. I have provided letters to them stating all of this to no avail.
