Hi,
I have received a letter from Capquest relating to an old catalogue debt saying if I do not contact them within 14 days they will consider commencing court proceedings. The catalogue must be about 10 years old and is not on my credit file. I am already defending a court claim from Hoist and have had lots of help from this forum so any help with this would be greatly appreciated.
Should I send a CCA request to Capquest?
and a SAR to the Original Creditor?
