MBNA credit card taken out July 2009. Debt sold on to Capquest, who then sold on to Arrow global, debt is for just under 5k. I sent a CCA request and had the responce attached.

I note from that Arrow letter..........they seem to have kept the £1.CAVEAT LECTOR

Hello again, latest update and I've still heard nothing. Do I just leave it untill it becomes statute barred, or as there has been no response can I get it removed from my credit file or prove it's null and void?Comment

Just sit back and be patient, it's possible at some point they may just send you some paperwork, now whether that's compliant or not is a separate issue.
