Hello all. my first post here. I was wondering what your thoughts might be concerning my current situation. I am in a debt management plan with stepchange. I have been paying off 7 creditors for the past 3 years. the original amount was in the region of £24,000. I have about £6000 to go. But It was brought to my intention that I had never really challenged the legality of the debt collection agency's claim to my hard earned cash ie. I never sent them a CCA request. I have have been thinking of sending letters requesting a CCA (using the template here). What are your thoughts?
