Someone from Moorcroft called this evening at 8-20pm which to me is unacceptable. I have fired off the following email:
Dear Moorcroft (MDL),
I am responding to your telephone call received on 29th march at 8.19pm made by “Kelly”.
You can contact me but only in the way I say below. Don’t contact me about this debt in other way, or at any other place or time. It is inconvenient to me to be contacted except as I authorise below for any correspondence.

This is in regards to my OH. As I have taken a vested interest in her financial position (cap quest now owes her money!) I feel duly justified in not receiving calls at the time of night when our children are in bed. Their manner on the phone is disgusting, I gave my mobile number which I can obviously block should they try and contact me. I want this in writing from the onset so it can be traced rather than things said on the phone and my wife being bullied. Not this time Moorcroft!
