sent off for my cca report which came today and the signature date is 23/10/05 ?? In sure this is Sb by now ? Is there any other forms I can ask for regarding payments I've made or when this account was defaulted on ???

Hi Welcome to LB,

I assume you mean CRA credit reference report?
Signature date of what?
If this is a credit file report then it will show a default date.

IF you mean a CCA request sent to a creditor and an agreement has
been supplied and the start date of the agreement is 23.10.05,
this has no relevance to statute barred status.
Check your credit files Noddle is Free Online.
