    You are under no obligation to do their job for them.
    If it were me, I might go as far as to tell them their response is non-compliant.
    I certainly would not tell them why.

      My thoughts exactly. I have penned a reply basically saying that what they have sent does not constitute as a true copy. I will send recorded tomorrow and see what happens.
