They do not have to disclose how much they paid for the debt matters for nought they are in business to make profit and everyone they chase lives miserable

I suppose it's all about the waiting game. So would you know that if they decide to issue court proceedings they would have to advise you in advance or can they just go for it. I think you have already answered this but I just want to be clear in my own mind.

Also if they do and get judgment can they insist on being paid in full or do you have the option to make monthly payments, or is it the courts decision. You hear so much about bailiffs coming to the house and removing everything you own !!!!

Lowell can be unpredictable they may send a form of letter before action or they just issue a claim.
The order a judge makes will as long as the defendant attends the hearing reflect their ability to pay.

A forthwith order can in any case be open to amendment.

I have just received another letter. Saying that they are still awaiting a copy of the agreement ( the 6th letter in three weeks) and will not write to me again until they get it.

So I suppose I just sit and wait to see if they ever get a copy.
