    Eek. I don't know - will look in to it but from MY records, the debts should be removed. But we all know that record keeping of defaults on credit files can be a little….sloppy?

      You need to check the dates because some debt purchasers are a lot more than sloppy! They somehow see fit to 'update' the default dates to coincide with the date of assignment, sometimes years later. :scared: If the defaults were recorded a little late, they should be dropping off in the next few months and you probably won't need to do anything. :ranger: However, if Cabot has gone and recorded a date in, say 2010 or 2011, then you should definitely get that amended so they drop off when they should. :thumb:
