The good news is my fiance found the CCA! Ill post as soon as I finish work and am at home. Thank you everyone. This is really getting me down and the advice about deadlines has helped me. I suffer from aspergers so my anxiety can be awful

OK a recon must have, Your name and address as it was when the account was opened.
The creditors name and address at the time the account was opened,
All the T's & C's relevant when the account was opened AND those when it was closed.
Any material amendments to the agreement during it's life.
Any other documents mentioned in the T's & C's.

It seems to me that what you have is incomplete.

Thank you Nem. Any advice about how I should reply? I want to make it sound like I know what I'm talking about. I'm good with writing letters but know these will pick up on amything that I may word incorrectly
