Cabot financial is showing on my credit report!!!
Hi Guys
With your kind help last year I managed to fight off Cabot financial and their demands for a debt I did not owe - by sending letter after letter to them vigorously defending myself.
To the point that they stopped hassling me because they could not show proof of the debt or the loan - which they can't - ll the while I never acknowledged any debt.
HOWEVER I was wondering why I cannot even open a bank account and it seems that Cabot some how have made the debt appear on my credit files.
How can they do this to me? What can I do to rectify the situation - please help me again folks I need to get this sorted as it's affceting my life.
I have attached the Cabot Entry on the credit file for you to see. I am incensed and angry - but need to stay calm of course!!!
