Hello again.

So I've received the letter. However it says they're accepting the offer. My file will be marked as partially settled and I will be released from my liability as long as the funds reach them by 11th June 2015.

Is this a full and final settlement and also is the statement ill be released from liability the same as no other company will pursue me at a later date?

Yes this is exactly what you wanted!! Well one a great result, no more letters etc.

Keep the acceptance carefully stored away as an insurance against the very, very, small likelihood of any further problems.

Once they put a settled marker on the credit file. How long will I start to see an improvement to my credit file

I will stay. I've learnt a lot being on the forum. So thank you all for setting my mind at ease and advising me.

It's only the beginning as really want to improve credit file.
